Other Configuration Options
This document explains how to configure additional options within Motivation
Select 'Other Configuration Options'
1. Click on "Configuration" from the Motivation Administration Menu.
2. Click on "System Configuration" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click "Other Configuration Options" from the submenu.
Other Configuration Options
1. Require Secure Passwords: Secure passwords must comprise of at least 6 alpha numeric characters, of which at least one character must be upper case, e.g. 'Password1'
2. Passwords Expire After: Motivation allows you to define how long before the system will reset passwords. This will probably be dependent on your corporate security policy.
3 Enrollees Must Authenticate by Entering a Valid Organization Name To Enroll: This will only be relevant if your Motivation site is configured to allow multiple organizations.
4. Can Members Log Checkins on Attendance Page?: This option allows participants to log/self report their own check-ins, on the attendance page. This is only relevant if you are running the Check-in module.
5. ID Label: Motivation allows you to change the label/description for the ID that participants will enter to access your site, e.g. 'Employee ID'.
6. Use Scancards for Check-In?: If you have the Check-in module and you are going to issue key tags to your participants for check-in, this option allows you to use a specific field for the key tag number. If this option is selected then Check-in will use the data in this field for validating whether a participant can check-in or not. If this option is not selected then Check-in will use the data in the 'ID' field.
7. TLC Programs Show Percent Loss?: This option is referring to the Team Lean Challenge program. If this option is selected the program will show the percentage weight loss, otherwise it will show the actual weight loss achieved.
8. Permit Access to PHI in Reports? For HIPAA compliance by default Motivation Reporting will not display personal health Information (PHI) it will only display totals data (aggretgate reporting) when you have a selection criteria based on medical, or wellness data. By checking this option you can view individuals medical and wellness data in reports. Please note that if you are going to be viewing this data you may wish to make reference to this fact in your organization's consent form. (Your Motivation site must be licensed for the Member Management and Services feature to view this data.)
